Five men from the Montreal suburb of Longueuil have been charged with a series of brutal sexual assaults over the past two years.
Longueuil police Const. Mark David said three girls, aged between 14 and 15, were abducted from bus shelters and taken to private homes or hotels.
“There would be one or more individuals there and the victims would be forced to have sex with them,” David said.
The men face a total of 47 charges, including assault, having sexual contact with a minor, forcing a person into prostitution, possessing child pornography and drug trafficking.
